2nd Week of Easter Acting Masterclasses

ACTING MASTERCLASSES 1 – EASTER
When: Monday 30th March – Wednesday 1st April
Times: 10.00 – 16.00.

Monday 30th March – Getting to know you and building the showcase.
Working on character and monologues which each young actor has brought in. Fun, inspiring and in depth work on script and themes.
Tuesday 31st March – Putting Your Character On Screen
Each young actor will learn how to change their performance for screen and film sections of their character in performance. This day will be edited into a clip for each young actor.
Tuesday night – The director writes a short script based upon the work over the last 3 days for showcase on Wednesday. The script is based upon the themes and characters that the young actors have been working on.
Wednesday 1st April – Rehearsals and Showcase
The day is spent putting together the scripted showcase for performance to parents and friends at 15.30. This showcase is also filmed and elements may be used to compliment the work on the Tuesday.
